Specialising in Retail Banking and Cards & Payments, the Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team in Westport, Co. Mayo

Job Description:
Manage sales process from lead generation to close
Drive sales to achieve and exceed sales targets with existing and new clients
Targeted prospecting for new business and cold calling potential clients
Maintain existing key client relationships
Responsible for contract renewals with defined clients
Upsell and cross sell to new and existing accounts
Accountable for ensuring that the sales pipeline is robust to deliver on sales targets and managing all stages to closing
Update and manage CRM database
Accurate and timely sales reporting to management
Telesales for specific projects
Successful Candidate:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships
Natural networker with exceptional commercial acumen
Confidence to interact with C Level clients
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding set KPI’s and targets
An ability to deal with Customers in an engaging manner, telephone and email interactions will be required.
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Highly proficient computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Requirements:
A third-level qualification of equivalent
Previous experience in Inside Sales / Telesales – B2B is an advantage
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Flexibility in working hours – our clients are global and time zones must be considered
A strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines and good project management skills are essential.
Previous experience in banking/financial services or a related sector is desirable but not essential as OTJ training will be provided.
